Sammy joined EP during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, bringing his passion for service and technical expertise to the organization. While working as an ER scribe at Jersey City Medical Center, Sammy sought to find deeper meaning in his healthcare experience and offered his media and website-building skills to EP. He played a pivotal role in creating EP’s media platform and building its website, helping to establish a strong online presence to amplify the organization’s mission.

Now a medical student at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, Sammy remains dedicated to charitable work, including designing the website for the free community health clinic affiliated with his medical school. With aspirations of becoming an internal medicine physician, Sammy continues to combine his technical and clinical talents to make a meaningful impact on healthcare and the communities he serves.
