Daniel Munoz, BSN Co-Director of Nursing

Daniel Muñoz serves as the Co-Director of Nursing for Emergency Project, where he plays a vital role in delivering life-saving care and helping establish operations on missions in Jordan, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. As an experienced ER and trauma nurse, Daniel has worked in some of New Jersey’s busiest hospitals, including Jersey City Medical Center and Newark’s University Hospital, where he now applies his expertise in the intensive care unit. His dedication to patient care and his ability to thrive in high-pressure environments have made him an invaluable member of the Emergency Project team.

A proud father of two boys, Daniel is deeply rooted in his community in Paterson, New Jersey, where he serves as a mentor and role model to many. His passion for nursing extends beyond the bedside, as he is committed to inspiring and guiding others to achieve their goals in healthcare and beyond. With his combination of clinical expertise, leadership, and compassion, Daniel embodies the mission of Emergency Project to provide care, education, and hope to underserved communities worldwide.
