Christian Palaguachi Operations Manager

Christian Palaguachi serves as an Operations Manager for Emergency Project, where he has been instrumental in establishing initiatives in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic. His commitment to global health began early in his career, working with Global Brigades to provide public health education and medical care to rural communities in Ghana, Panama, and Honduras. Through his leadership and dedication, Christian has helped deliver life-saving healthcare and sustainable solutions to underserved populations.

Now a medical student at St. George’s University, Christian is pursuing a career as an emergency physician with the goal of driving change on a global scale. Drawing inspiration from his Ecuadorian heritage, he is deeply committed to addressing health disparities in Latin America and supporting underrepresented communities. In addition to his global health work, Christian has contributed to cancer research, studying innovative approaches to treatment beyond traditional therapeutics. His blend of expertise, compassion, and vision aligns seamlessly with Emergency Project’s mission to bring equitable healthcare to the world’s most vulnerable populations.
